As a member of the NPES International Trade Team, Pernilla Jonsson supports NPES members with various activities to help members promote their products and services worldwide. Prior to joining the NPES team, Ms. Jonsson worked with promoting Swedish businesses in the U.S and U.S businesses in Sweden.

Hamilton Terni Costa, Director NPES Brazil and Latin America

Hamilton Terni Costa has enjoyed a career covering 35 years in the printing and graphic communications industry. For 18 years he managed a family business doing commercial printing, business forms and packaging. Most recently he was CEO of Quebecor World Mexico, Manufacturing Director for Latin America and General Manager of Quebecor World Sao Paulo. Mr. Terni Costa has served as President of the Brazilian Association of Printing Technology (ABTG) and belonged to the boards of the Brazilian Printing Industry Association (ABIGRAF) and CONLATINGRAF, the Latin American Printing Industry Confederation. Today he manages his own consulting firm for the printing industry.

Vinod Vittoba, Director, NPES India

Vinod Vittoba is a post graduate in Business Administration from Madras University. He is based in Delhi, and responsible for executing NPES India projects. He has more than 10 years experience in the printing industry with expertise in the Indian Print market and catalyzing joint ventures. Previously, he has been with IFRA, the world's leading association for media publishing.  Mr. Vittoba has successfully conducted numerous annual conferences for newspaper professionals, provided consulting services, and handled important research projects. He has also worked at various positions with multinationals like Hotel Oberoi, ESPN, Bausch & Lomb and Cartoon Network.

Leonid Shakhmundes, NPES International Market Representative for Russia/Eurasia

A Ph.D. graduate of Moscow Printing University, Mr. Shakhmundes worked as deputy director of the All Soviet Union Research and Development Institute for Graphics Arts. In his role with NPES he has organized trade missions to Russia and Eurasia, managed exhibits at the annual PoligraphInter exhibition in Moscow, prepared quarterly market reports for Eurasia and helped member companies find dealers in the Russian market. He currently resides in the Boston area and serves as executive director of the NPES American Technology Print Center project in Moscow.

Ted Asoshina, NPES Market Representative for Japan

Ted Asoshina has worked with NPES since 1992 to open doors for member companies seeking to explore and develop markets in Japan. In addition to his position as general manager for Echo Japan Corporation―established to meet Japanese demands for overseas advertising and marketing―Mr. Asoshina represents various publications in the area of printing/packaging, food processing, plastics, metalworking, etc. Previously he worked with Kaikosha, Ltd and Universal Press Services. Mr. Asoshina has extensive tradeshow experience spanning participation in PRINT, IPEX, GEC, and other well-established exhibitions in China and South East Asia.

Martin Ning Yu, Director, NPES China

Mr. Ning Yu graduated from School of Printing and Packaging, Wuhan University. Since 2010, he has worked as Chief Representative of NPES China, and has organized many trade missions for member companies to China. Before joining NPES, Mr. Ning acted as Manager of the Marketing Department of Shanghai Meihu Advanced Printing Technologies Co., Ltd, ― a joint venture by NPES and Shanghai Printing Group Co., Ltd and Shanghai New Printing Technologies (Group) Co., Ltd, ― which aims to boost the communication in printing technologies and trade contact between the U.S. and China.

Marco Gandasubrata

Marco Gandasubrata, Director, NPES Indonesia

Marco Gandasubrata is a seasoned professional specializing in Business Development, General Management, Strategic Thinking and Country Management. He brings 28 years of professional experience to NPES; of those years, 13 were spent in the Graphics Arts industry with exposure in the Southeast Asia region and Indonesia.

Prior to joining NPES as its Director NPES Indonesia, he was the Country Manager – Indonesia & Philippines and SEA Digital Printing System Lead for the Eastman Kodak Company. He also has experience as Kodak SEA Channel Manager and has a vast network within the industry.

Marco has a BA degree in Finance from the Sonoma State University (CA, USA) and an MBA degree in Marketing & Finance from the Claremont Graduate School (CA, USA). He is fluent in English and Indonesian.
