Service Personnel
Service Representative Trainee
Zero to two years’ experience servicing trade equipment.

Two to five years’ experience servicing printing trade equipment.
Service Engineer
Five plus years’ experience servicing printing trade equipment; journeyman position capable of servicing most or all related company products. Highest level on non-management service position.

General Superintendent
Supervises and coordinates all activities involved in manufacturing and assembly to insure proper workflow and to service buildings and equipment; manages factory supervisors/superintendents.
Assembly Superintendent/Manager
Supervises assembly, wiring, testing, and shipping of machines according to the shipping schedule determined by customer needs.
Fabrication Manager
Manages the fabrication activities to achieve manufacturing goals through the continuous and efficient production of quality parts at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements.
Superintendent
Reports to Manufacturing Director; has total responsibility for factory supervisors/superintendents.
Manufacturing Foreman
Supervises various operations in the manufacturing of parts in the quality and quantity suited to the assembling of machines for timely shipment according to the manufacturing schedule.
Assembly Foreman

Industrial Engineer Manager
Responsible for specifying the routing of parts through the appropriate manufacturing operations; establishes operating time standards and develops pertinent programs for computer controlled machine tools; has total responsibility for cost and part analysis and verification.
Quality Control Manager
Responsible for visual and dimensional inspection of manufactured parts and assemblies and outside processing to assure conformance to detail drawings, specifications, and company standards.
